How do I upload a file(s) to a folder?
From within the project, click Files. This will bring you to the File Management area from within your project. Click the Folder you would like to upload the file(s) to. Click the Upload button at the top of the log. Browse to the file(s) to upload click Open. The upload process will start automatically. Alternatively you may Drag and drop the file(s) to the Drag and drop location in the log directly from the file location on your computer. Once dropped the file(s) upload will proceed automatically.
Users can also upload files to a folder from the properties form of the folder. Once the folder properties have been selected scroll down to the "In this folder" section of the form. Click the Upload button. Browse to the file(s) to upload click Open. The upload process will start automatically. Alternatively you may Drag and drop the file(s) to the Drag and drop location in the form directly from the file location on your computer. Once dropped the file(s) upload will proceed automatically.
How do I share a file?
From within the project, click Files. This will bring you to the File Management area from within your project. Click the drop down arrow next to the file you would like to share and click Share. The Share this Document window will populate click the appropriate groups or users you would like to share the file to.

Users may also share a file in the properties form. Click the drop down arrow next to the file you would like to share and click properties. Click the Share button on top of the form of the file and click the appropriate group(s) or user(s).
Who has viewed/downloaded my file?
From within the project, click Files. This will bring you to the File Management area from within your project. Click the drop down arrow next to the File name and click Properties. In the Version History section click the drop down next to the version number. The view/downloaded history will be listed. Click the drop down again to collapse this information.
How do I see who has access to file?
From within the project, click Files. This will bring you to the File Management area from within your project. Click the drop down arrow next to the File name and click Properties. Navigate to the Activity and Access section and click the Access tab. Group and User access will be listed.
How do I halt a file?
From within the project, click Files. This will bring you to the File Management area from within your project. Click the drop down arrow next to the file you would like to halt and click Properties. On the right hand panel click the Access tab. Click the drop down next to the Group or User you would like to halt access to and click Halt.

Note that when halting a group and any user(s) within that group will also be halted. Also if a folder is halted and child folder and/or files will be halted as well. |
How do I unhalt a file?
From within the project, click Files. This will bring you to the File Management area from within your project. Click the drop down arrow next to the file you would like to unhalt and click Properties. On the right hand panel click the Access tab. Click the drop down next to the Group or User you would like to unhalt access to and click Unhalt.
How do I obsolete a file?
From within the project, click Files. This will bring you to the File Management area from within your project. Click the drop down arrow next to the File name and click Properties. Click the "..." button and click Mark as obsolete. The Obsolete? window will populate to confirm the selection click Yes. The form view of the file will now show that the file has been obsoleted.
How do I unmark a file that has been obsoleted?
From within the project, click Files. This will bring you to the File Management area from within your project. Click the drop down arrow next to the obsoleted File name and click Properties. Click the "..." button and click Unmark as obsolete. The form view of the file will now show that the file has been unmarked as obsolete.
How do I view halted files?
From within the project, click Files. This will bring you to the File Management area from within your project. Click the drop down next to the Project Files click View Halted Files.
How do I view obsoleted files?
From within the project, click Files. This will bring you to the File Management area from within your project. Click the drop down next to the Project Files click View Obsoleted Files.
How do I view the as of date/time of a file?
From within the project, click Files. This will bring you to the File Management area from within your project. Click the drop down arrow next to the File name and click Properties. Click the "..." button and click View as of date/time. Select the date and time you would like in the "View as of..." window. The form view of the file will now show the as of date/time of the file.
