Viewing a User's
Form and FieldAccess
Users on a project typically have access to multiple forms, fields in those forms, files and folders, and other data within the project. Permission Checker is an area where all permissions where permissions for any user on the project can be viewed. To view a user's access, select 'View Project Information' under the Project Administration section on the project homepage. In Project Administration, click the 'Permission Checker' tab. Placing your cursor in the search box will provide a list of users on the project. Type ahead in the search box to filter the list of users. Select the desired user to view that user's permissions. The following rules apply to Permission Checker
- Only Full Users can view user access as Limited Users do not have access to Project Administration
- You can only view user access to data that you also have access to
- Access is displayed for all users that you are connected with on the project, including users

- Access types are defined as follows.
- Read Only - User can read the data in the field but cannot edit it
- Read/Write - User can read and write data to this field. Data can also be removed from the field by this user assuming the user has not been halted on the document to which the field resides or the document is not marked as obsolete.
- No Access - User does not have access
