Access

Permissions

Permission Checker is an area where all permissions where permissions for any user on the project can be viewed. To view a user's access permissions, select 'View Project Information' under the Project Administration section on the project homepage. In Project Administration, click the 'Permission Checker' tab. Placing your cursor in the search box will provide a list of users on the project. Type ahead in the search box to filter the list of users.

• You can only view user access to data that you also have access to
• Access is displayed for all users that you are connected with on the project, including users from other companies.
• Access types are defined as follows.
  • Read Only - User can read the data in the field but cannot edit it
  • Read/Write - User can read and write data to this field.
  • No Access - User does not have access
