Creating a new project

To create a new project, click the “Projects” dropdown on the main menu bar and then select “View All Projects...”. Click the "Create New Project" button. Enter the required project name and any other pertinent project information. Click "Save" when you’re done.

To check to see if your organization company is already a part of a project but you are not associated with that project as a user, click the “Community” tab on the main menu bar and then click the “Projects” tab.

Viewing or editing project information

On the project homepage under “Project Administration”,  select the "View Project Information" button on the "Information" box. The following project information is displayed:

  • Project Name
  • Project Number
  • Project Email Address (Non editable). Each project includes a predefined project email address used to send emails to the project. Emails sent to the project are stored in the Emails form.
  • Project Description
  • Project Start Date
  • Project End Date

To edit project information, click the "Edit" button to open the project properties and edit accordingly. Click the "Save" button when done.
