In the projects which you currently work, the “My Page” shows activity based on the documents or forms you have access to. Each activity displays the user who initiated the activity, the activity including the form type and project name, (e.g. created, edited, shared), and the date/time the activity took place. Activities that populate your “My Page” activity wall include:
Created activity - When a user creates a document
Share activity - When a user shares a document to you, or shares a document to another user
Halt activity - When a user halts another user on a document
Obsolete activity - When a user marks a document obsolete
Field change activity - When a user changes fields on a document
New attachment activity - When a user uploads a new attachment to a form
New links activity - When a user associates one form to another form
Action item activity - When a user marks an action item complete or not complete that is either assigned to you or assigned by you
There are two blue links in every wall activity notification. They include:
When you get removed from a project by another user from within your company, activity from that project will no longer be displayed on your My Page activity wall.
