To create a directive:
To edit a directive, click the 'Edit' button from either the Directive form or from the Directive log view. Edit as desired and click 'Save' to save changes.
Directives can either be viewed in form view or the log view. To view directives in log view, ensure that you have configured your secondary navigation menu to display the CHANGE ORDERS form. See the screen shot below. Clicking 'CHANGE ORDERS' on the secondary navigation menu will display a dropdown selection where DIRECTIVES is displayed as an option.
Directives can be linked to Potential Change Orders and referenced throughout the change process. To link a Directive to a Potential Change Order, edit the relevant PCO. Next to the Directive Reference field, click the 'Choose' button. Select the Directive to be linked to the Potential Change Order and click the 'Choose' button.
To share a Directive form to other project users, click the 'Share' button on the Directive in form view. Use the Share modal to share the Directive to other project team users. For more information on sharing, please see the Help section Sharing Information
