Who are the people in the project directory?

The project directory consist of all of the contacts of a project. Project contacts consist of both Projecteam.com connected users on the project and is made up of every person on the project. There are two types of people in the project directory. They include:

• Users - Users found in the project directory include any user that is associated with the project no matter what organization they are from. That means even if your organization is not connected to another user's organization on the project but the organization is on the project their users will show up in the project directory.
• Contacts - Contacts are people who are added to the project directory by you or  other users on your project. Contacts are non Projectteam.com users

How do I add a new contact to the project directory?

Enter into the Project project that you would like to add a new contact to. From the Project Administration area navigate to the Project Directory section and project homepage click View Project Directory button. In the Project Directory click the Add New Contact button at the top of the log. Fill out all applicable fields. First and Last name are required. Click the Save button. Contact The contact will now be added to the project directory.
