Who is listed in the project directory?

The project directory is made up of every individual on the project. There are two types of people in the project directory.

  • Users - Project Directory users include any user that is associated with the project regardless of the organization to which they belong to. This means that even if your organization is not connected to another user's organization on the project, but their organization is on the project, those users will show up in the project directory.
  • Contacts - Contacts are people who are added to the project directory by you or by other users on your project. Contacts are non Projectteam.com users.

How do I add a new contact to the project directory?

Enter the project that you would like to add a new contact to. From the project homepage click  the "View Project Directory" button. In the project directory click the "Add New Contact" button at the top of the log. Complete all applicable fields. First and Last name are required. Click the "Save" button. The contact will now be added to the project directory.
