Navigating to Company Connect
From the main menu, select "Community". Select 'Company Connect'
Viewing a Company's Details and Common Projects
From the main menu, select "Community". Select 'Company Connect'. Click the 'View' button or click on the Company Name link. View a list of common projects your company and the selected company have in common by selecting the 'Common Projects' tab.Note that only projects to which you are successfully connected will be displayed in this list. Pending connections do not show up here until accepted. You can view pending invitations on the "Invites" tab of the "My Company" page
Show only Companies that are connected with my Company
From the main menu, select "Community". Select 'Company Connect'. Check the "My Company's Connections Only" box.
Sending Project Invitations from
the Business DirectoryCompany Connect
While a project invitation can be sent from the project administration area for the specific project you are in, project invitations can also be sent from Company Connect. After selecting the desired company, on the Common Projects tab, click the "Send Project Invitation" button. Select the project(s) you would like to send the invitation for and then click the "Send Projects" button. Notice "You have successfully sent a Project Invitation" with display notifying you that your project invitation has been sent. Project invitations can be monitored and managed in the Project Administration area. Please reference the Project Invitations section for more information.
Disconnecting from a Company on a Project
ABC Construction is no longer associated with our company's XYZ project. How can I disconnect my company with ABC Construction on project XYZ?
From the main menu, select "Community" and then select 'Company Connect'. Select the company in question and click the 'Common Projects' tab. A list of projects that you are connected with for the selected company will be displayed. Click the "Disconnect" button next to the project name. At the "Disconnect?" prompt, click "Yes" to confirm you would like to disconnect with this company on this project.
