Form Attachments Folders

Default forms within the projectteam.com system are automatically added as folders to the Form Attachments area for each project. Additionally, all newly created custom forms adds a relevant folder for that custom form to Form Attachments. Folders cannot be manually added to the Form Attachments area.

The following is a list of default forms:

   

Form Attachments Sub Folders

Each document added to a form automatically creates a sub folder. The following is an example. 

Default Form - Request for Information

The screen shot on the left displays the Request for Information Log where document 'Form Attachments Example' has been created. The screen shot on the right displays the bread crumb trail where folder 'Form Attachments Example' has been created under the Form Attachments\Request for Information folder
