Project Directory listing

The project directory is made up of every individual on the project. There are two types of people in the project directory.

  • Users - Project Directory users include any user that is associated with the project regardless of the company to which they belong. This means that even if your company is not connected to another user's company on the project, but their company is on the project, those users will show up in the project directory.
  • Contacts - Contacts are people who are added to the project directory by you or by other users on your project. Contacts are non Projectteam.com users.

Adding a new contact to the project directory

Enter the project that you would like to add a new contact to. From the project homepage click  the "View Project Directory" button. In the project directory click the "Add New Contact" button at the top of the log. Complete all applicable fields. First and Last name are required. Click the "Save" button. The contact will now be added to the project directory.
