Creating a custom form.

On the project homepage, click on the "MORE..." button located on the main title bar. Click on the "Add Custom Form" button. At the "Create Your Custom Form" window, enter the form name and when finished, click "Save". You may have noticed that newly created forms come with the default field "Subject". Additional fields can be added to the custom form as needed. On the form properties "Form Fields" section, click the "Add New Field" button and complete the 3-step process for adding custom fields. For more information on creating fields, please reference the help section on Custom Fields.

Editing custom forms that you've created.

 On the project homepage, click on the "MORE..." button located on the main title bar. Click the "Configure" button located on the left side of the form name. Under "Form Properties", click "Edit". When finished with your edits, click "Save".

Cloning an existing custom form to other projects.

Existing customized forms can easily cloned to other projects you have access to. To clone an existing forms to other projects, start from within the project by selecting ...More on the forms header bar. Click "Configure" next to the form you wish to clone. In the form properties, click the "...ellipses" button next to "Edit" selecting "Clone to another project". In the "Clone Form To Other Projects" dialog box, place a checkmark in the box next to each project you wish to clone the form to. Fields that have been created by you on this form will be copied over to the selected projects. With your desired projects selected, click the "Clone Form" button. Note that forms cloned to other projects apply permissions on that form in the destination project to you only.
