Creating a custom form.

On the project homepage, click on the "MORE..." button located on the main title bar. Click on the "Add Custom Form" button. At the "Create Your Custom Form" window, enter the form name and when finished, click "Save". You may have noticed that newly created forms come with the default field "Subject". Additional fields can be added to the custom form as needed. On the form properties "Form Fields" section, click the "Add New Field" button and complete the 3-step process for adding custom fields. For more information on creating fields, please reference the help section on Custom Fields.

Editing custom forms that you've created.

 On the project homepage, click on the "MORE..." button located on the main title bar. Click the "Configure" button located on the left side of the form name. Under "Form Properties", click "Edit". When finished with your edits, click "Save".
