Creating a Contract Exhibit

To create a contract exhibit:

  1. Once logged into the project, from the project secondary navigation bar, select CONTRACTS - COINTRACT EXHIBITS and select 'Add New'.
    1. Note that forms displayed on the project title bar are configurable. If you do not see CONTRACTS, select 'More' - 'Configure My Menu'. Add the contracts form to your secondary navigation menu. See the screen shot below. Contract Exhibits are part of the Contracts menu and should be displayed once the contracts form has been added to your secondary navigation menu.
  2. Enter the Subject. Subject is a required field and must be completed in order to save the contract exhibit.
  3. Enter the Exhibit Number
  4. In the Body field, enter the details surrounding the contract exhibit
  5. Save the contract exhibit

Editing a Contract Exhibit

To edit a contract exhibit, click the 'Edit' button from either the contract exhibit form view or log view. Edit as desired and click 'Save' to save changes.

Viewing Contact Exhibits

Contract exhibits can either be viewed in form view or the log view. To view contract exhibits in log view, ensure that you have configured your secondary navigation menu to display the contracts form. See the screen shot below. Clicking  'CONTRACTS' on the secondary navigation menu will display a dropdown selection where CONTRACT EXHIBITS is displayed as an option.
