Which browsers are supported on Projectteam.com?

Projectteam.com utilies many HTML5 elements and other modern technologies that make using the system easier and faster. Unfortunately, that also means that a bunch of older broswers are unsupported. Here are some helpful links to test your current browser:

Which devices can I use to access Projectteam.com?

Projectteam.com is a web based app. Web based apps are essentially no different than standard websites or web pages. They are built using standard open web technologies — HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc. — and can be accessed using a web browser. Any device that can access a web browser can be used. Typical devices that can be used are:

  • Standard Desktop or Laptop PC
  • Apple Macbook
  • Apple iPad
  • Apple iPhone
  • Android Tablet
  • Android Phone

Are there any known issues with the supported browsers?

(Firefox) Blinking cursor 

  • If you see a blinking cursor on your screen everywhere that you put your cursor, you may have switched on caret browsing (http://kb.mozillazine.org/Accessibility.browsewithcaret). You can press F7 (Mac: fn + F7) to toggle caret browsing on/off.
  • Merge to Template - Using IE does not display the merged document in the preview pane when merging.
  • File Management - Uploading a folder. Using Drag and Drop, you can upload a folder or folder structure to the File Management System. IE does not support this feature.
