Creating a Merge Document
To create a Merge Document, first create your Merge Template. Then use that Merge Template on the form from which the Merge Template was created. Using the '...Merge to Template' option will create a Merge Document. For information on creating Merge Templates, see Help section Merge Templates
Viewing a Merged Document
Requests for Information can Merge Documents can either be viewed in form view or the log view. To view Requests for Information view Merged Documents in log view, ensure that you have configured your secondary navigation menu to display the REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION formMERGE menu. To view the Request for Information the Merged Document in form view, from the log view, click the Subject link for the desired Request for InformationMerge Document. On the 'Merge Document' panel, click the 'Document Title' or click the 'View' button
Downloading a Merged Document
To a download a Merged Document, from the log view, click the Subject link for the desired Merge Document. On the 'Merge Document' panel, click the 'Download'button.
Editing a Merged Document
To edit a Request for Information, click the 'Edit' button from either the Request for Information form or from the Requests for Information log view. Edit as desired and click 'Save' to save changes.

The log view of Requests for Information can be configured to display fields as columns including added custom fields. After selecting REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION from the secondary navigation bar, click the '...Configure Log' option. Select the desired fields to be added to the log and click 'Save'. |
Sharing a Merged Document
To share a Request for Information form to other project users, click the 'Share' button on the Request for Information in form view. Use the Share modal to share the Request for Information to other project team users. For more information on sharing, please see the Help section Sharing Information
Deleting a Merged Document
To delete a Request for Information, select '...Delete' on the Request for Information form. At the 'Delete?' courtesy prompt click 'No Never mind' to cancel the process or click 'Yes' to proceed. Request for Information can only be deleted if they have not been shared.
