Creating a Merge Document

To create a Merge Document, first create your Merge Template. Then use that Merge Template on the form from which the Merge Template was created. Using the '...Merge to Template' option will create a Merge Document. For information on creating Merge Templates, see Help section Merge Templates

Viewing a Merged Document

Merge Documents can either be viewed in form view or the log view. To view Merged Documents in log view, ensure that you have configured your secondary navigation menu to display the MERGE menu. To view the Merged Document in form view, from the log view, click the Subject link for the desired Merge Document. On the 'Merge Document' panel, click the 'Document Title' or click the 'View' button

Downloading a Merged Document

To a download a Merged Document, from the log view, click the Subject link for the desired Merge Document. On the 'Merge Document' panel, click the 'Download' button. From the 'Download Screen' choose to open the file by selecting the 'Open With' option or save the file by selecting the 'Save File' option. Then click 'OK'.

Editing a Merged Document

To edit a Merge Document, click the 'Edit' button from either the Merge Document form or from the Merge Document log view. Edit as desired and click 'Save' to save changes.

Sharing a Merged Document

To share a Merge Document form to other project users, click the  '...Share' button on the Merge Document in form view. Use the Share modal to share the Merge Document to other project team users. For more information on sharing, please see the Help section Sharing Information 

Deleting a Merged Document

To delete a Merge Document, select '...Delete' on the Merge Document form. At the 'Delete?' courtesy prompt click 'No Never mind' to cancel the process or click 'Yes' to proceed. Merge Documents can only be deleted if they have not been shared.
